Game development: Prototyping

For people interested or into game development, there is a nice article to read at Gamesutra. What’s also interesting here is that the article is made by a Filipina game developer named Luna Cruz who has worked on some games already. She’s is already known in the development community and has done a speech in the International Game Developers Association.

The article has been out for a while now. I just didn’t have enough time to post it since it came out during the Holy Week, so it was a chaotic schedule for me, other than my computer broke down for a few days.

This is an interesting read, which features the process of game development from the ground up, from ideas to planning, organizing and making it to a working demo. If you’re planning to make a game from scratch, this will be a good thing to check up on.

Luna is currently a writer/producer for BoomZap Entertainment.

Hey Edwin, thanks for the post! 🙂

    • You’re welcome. I loved what you wrote. Going to tell some of my friends who are also planning to get a project started.
